How to delete data from GravitySocial
User Data Deletion Instructions
This article explains how users can delete their connected social account data from GravitySocial.
Delete a connected social account
Users can delete a connected social account directly inside the application.
To delete a social account:
- Log in to GravitySocial.
- Go to Configuration.
- Click Social Accounts.
- Find the social account you want to remove.
- Click the three-dot menu on the account card.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once deleted, the social account will be removed from GravitySocial and can no longer be used for posting or scheduling.

What data is deleted
When a connected social account is deleted, we remove the data linked to that connection, which may include:
- Connected social account details
- Profile or page identifiers
- Access tokens used for posting
- Scheduled posts linked to that account
- Posting connection data stored through
Request full data deletion
Users can also request full deletion of their account-related data by contacting us.
